ZIE RUST GARD 55 is a semi-solvent type light bodied mineral oil, inhibited with special additives to ensure very good protection against rusting. It has been developed for indoor usage; however, the product can also be used for outdoor storage.

ZIE THERMO HT 6000

Zie Thermo HT 6000 is a synthetic type heat transfer fluid processed from synthetic base oil and select additives that enhance performance. It can be used in thermic fluid systems up to maximum temperature of 310°C to 320°C.

ZIE THERMO M 500

Zie Thermo M 500 is heat transfer fluids formulated using highly refined paraffinic oils with high viscosity index. These oils possess exceptional oxidation stability, high thermal conductivity and adequate specific heat to facilitate effective heat transfer. Mineral oils are generally preferred for use in heat transfer systems operating with temperatures ranging from 270 °C to 310 °C. In the operation, the heat transfer fluid is pumped to the tube furnace, gets heated and this hot oil is then passed through the process vessels from where it is conveyed back to the pump. An expansion tank of suitable design is connected to the suction side of the pump to take care of the variation in the volume. Ziel Heat Transfer Fluids have the correct viscosity; hence they are able to yield optimum heat transfer rates from well- designed systems.

ZIE KNITTING OIL VG 22 & 32

Zie Knitting Oils VG 22 and VG 32 are specially formulated blends comprising high quality light colored mineral oils and select additives. These oils are recommended for the lubrication of automatic circular knitting machines that are used in modern knitting industry to manufacture a variety of hosiery fabrics. In this automated knitting process, numerous fibers emerge from small guided holes at the top of the machine. The interlacing of the fibers takes place with the continuous movement of one fiber, which moves horizontally in circular motion, and a cylinder shaped ‘grey’ cloth is produced. For the lubrication of these machines, the industry recommends knitting oils with viscosity grade VG 22 and VG 32.

ZIE MULTI CUT Multicut-SS is blended from selective highly refined base oil and bio stable special additives to provide a stable translucent micro emulsion in most waters which provides highly resistant to bacterial and fungal degradation, excellent cooling leads to tool long life and inhibited against staining of various ferrous metals including non- ferrous metals.
