Zie Multicut Syn SS

ZIE MULTI CUT Multicut-SS is blended from selective highly refined base oil and bio stable special additives to provide a stable translucent micro emulsion in most waters which provides highly resistant to bacterial and fungal degradation, excellent cooling leads to tool long life and inhibited against staining of various ferrous metals including non- ferrous metals. This product is specially designed for extended sump life with better tool life. It provides low forming even in soft water and has excellent anti corrosive property. It has stable emulsion in 800 ppm hard water. It doesn’t contain Nitrites, sulphates, Phosphates and chlorine. It contains specialty additives which increases coolant life keeps machines exceptionally clean enhances work piece quality and surface finish.

Recommendation

ZIE MULTI CUTT SS fully formulated with semi synthetic additive which gives translucent emulsion able to flush away the chips from the cutting zone and carry them back to the sump. This will help in avoiding abrasive wear or at least reduce wear and thus the surface finish is improved. It provides protection against rust and corrosion of machine work piece and tools. This oil is recommended for Grinding, Milling, Drilling, Turning, Boring heavy- duty cutting, general machining, tapping and Broaching.
